Dr. Seiber’s research interests focus on health care financing for vulnerable populations. Specifically, what is the role of health insurance and coverage enrollment barriers on cancer prevention service utilization. His active cancer collaborations examine access to care for Appalachian populations and his current research examines geographic disparities in treatment times for newly diagnosed patients. Previous work has examined the cost effectiveness of cancer related interventions.
