Since 2007 I have personally used the John Maxwell tools to challenge, motivate and serve the marketplace through simulcasts, luncheons, workshops and coaching in the arena of values-based leadership development. As the founder and CEO of the McAfee Institute, I am able to bring my talent and experiences as an accomplished speaker, teacher and coach, to challenge, motivate and serve individuals or groups I work with. It is through my servant leadership style that I have especially been able to communicate and connect, successfully leading people to places of significance in their business and personal lives. 

It would be my privilege to help you reach your purpose and potential through an intentional plan of development. Through my commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, I have the privilege to speak to groups some 51weeks a year, coach up to 20 individuals per year, and train a handful of groomed leaders multiplying their leadership potential.
