The 9 month course of training and development 'Intuitive Coaching' meets the quality of the Dutch Association of Professional Coaches (NOBCO).

A special combination of western and eastern philosophies in coaching, communication and leadership, focussing on the development and deployment of empathic and intuitive ability. Regular coaching techniques are complemented with (eastern) methods, such as voice dialogue, setups, the creation spiral and oriental forms of meditation and visualization.

I attended an additional voice dialogue workshop with transformational coach/psychologist Robert Stamboliev and intuitive trainer/coach Linda Doornweerd.

Connective, Nonviolent Communication

Nonviolent communication (NVC), also known as connective or compassionate communication, is an intrapersonal and interpersonal process developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, in the 1960s and '70s. It focuses on two aspects of communication: honest self-expression, in a way that is likely to inspire compassion in others, and empathy, defined as listening with deep compassion.

I have been trained by Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer Jan van Koert.

Additionally, I have been studying and practising Integrated Clarity, empathic connection expert Marie Miyashiro's vision on NVC in the workplace. Moreover, I have been attending Marie's Six Universal Organisational Needs and Applied NVC trainings. To further fathom how to meet both human and organisational needs at the same time.
